Çağla Irmak Badem was born (1999) and raised in İstanbul. She is a high honors graduate from Communication Design at Ozyegin University Faculty of Architecture and Design. Çağla, has experienced working in art and design environments which mostly focused on the subjects that are sustainability, ethics and gender equality. She is interested in film, multimedia arts, animation, illustration and excited to engage her works with music. Çağla is passionate about creating mixed-media works on the environmental, social and psychological issues. She believes that designing a good communication of thoughts, feelings and situations is a precious way to understand and grow sympathy, love towards each other. Therefore, she wants to embrace film and animation in order to increase empathy between people, nature and the universe.
